All paid StableStore accounts, include a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your account service for any reason, you can receive a full refund if you cancel your account within 30 days of activation. Please direct refund requests to [email protected] with the subject line: Refund Request.
At any time during your contract term, you may upgrade or downgrade your service with us. In the event of a service downgrade, a prorated credit will be issued to your account for the difference in the cost of the two services for the remainder of your original contract term. This credit will be applied to future months of service with us, and cannot be refunded to you in cash. Downgrading your account may cause the loss of Content, features, or capacity of your account. We do not accept any liability for such loss.
